All Levels Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating form of yoga that is designed to connect breath (pranayama) with posture (asana). The practice allows each student to go at their own pace based on what they need on any given day. Modifications are offered so that you can make the posture either more or less challenging. This class is unique because everyone can come together, do the same practice, but at a level that works for them.
This class will emphasize continuous posture flow through breath synchronized fluid movements. This coordination between movement and breath helps to cultivate a calm mind and a strong body. It is helpful but not required to have some familiarity with postures prior to taking this class however it is suitable for all levels and modifications will be offered where appropriate.
