She started her journey to yoga over seventeen years ago and has taught yoga to thousands of people. She has spent thirty years practicing meditation. Her approach to teaching integrates the mindfulness of meditation, lifestyle coaching, and the compassionate approach of Kripalu Yoga, rooted in faith and spirituality with humor sprinkled throughout.
She offers yoga and meditation classes online and in person, beach yoga, yoga walks, integrative yoga life coaching, retreats, and women’s programs. Her work has been featured in publications like Carla Magazine and Canvas Rebel and on WNDB radio. She helps participants feel healthy, happy, and connected while making it all purposeful, grounded, and fun!
Krista received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Muhlenberg College, where she first discovered the thrill of expressing herself through writing. As a yoga teacher, she enjoys reconnecting with this joy through blogging and communicating with her students.
Krista loves spending time with her two incredible sons and extended family. Her secret and occasional indulgences are traveling, dancing, swimming in the ocean, and reading a good novel while sipping coffee on the patio.
