There is powerful energy that is created when more than one people are gathered together to meditate. This free group meditation provides that opportunity to come together, to be a part of and receive that energy and also get support for your meditation practice from others. We will spend a few minutes at the beginning of every class for discussion and instructions so even if you have never meditated before you are welcome and encouraged to participate. The goal is to provide some guidelines and techniques to assist you in establishing your own meditation practice. A variety of meditation techniques will be shared and explored. Even if you are a long time meditator come as a refresher or just to join in the group energy.
