4 Weeks of Guided Meditation

Join us for a 4-week online group meditation experience designed to help you stay consistent, find calm, and feel the profound connection of meditating in a community.

Each week, we’ll gather to explore mindfulness, deepen our practice, and support one another on this journey to inner peace and clarity. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned meditator, this is your chance to prioritize your well-being with accountability and the power of group energy.

Group Meditations are once weekly.

The first gathering will include a guided meditation, introduction, instructions, and tips for establishing your own meditation practice.

The following weeks will begin with a 20 minute meditation followed by an opportunity for questions and discussions.

This series is open to those that have never meditated before (and those that think they can’t meditate) and for seasoned meditators. All are welcome.
