Each day there will be experiences that explore new terrain and allow you to affirm the life you want, expand your horizons and find the edges of your comfort zone leading to even greater growth from this ancient practice.
You will also have opportunities to learn about holistic lifestyle approaches such as acupuncture and essential oils providing an expanded healing experience.
There will be plenty of opportunity for you to explore on your own or to connect with others through sharing and meaningful conversations allowing you to make real and lasting connections with other people, something most of us are starving for right now.

Retreat Itinerary
Friday, April 1st
2-4pm Arrive, check in and settle in - Come any time after 2 and no later than 3:30 so that there is adequate time to check in and get assigned a room.
4-5pm Introductions and orientation
5-6pm Dinner
6-7:30pm Ashram tour of temples and grounds
7:30-8pm Understanding the New Moon Energy of this Retreat
8-9pm Meditation Under the Stars - Light yoga postures and a guided healing meditation in a unique outdoor setting.
Saturday, April 2nd
6:30-8am Gentle Yoga Practice and Meditation
8-10am Breakfast and Personal time
10-11am Essential Oils for your Medicine Cabinet - Learn natural ways essential oils can enhance your health care regime.
11-12pm Getting to Know Your Posture - Discover the how to’s and the essence of a few common, meaningful postures.
12-12 pm Lunch and Personal time
2-3:30pm Change the Way You Breath, Change the Way You Feel - Learn and experience a variety of pranayama (breath) techniques and how they can enhance your yoga practice and every day life.
3:30-5pm Springtime Sprouting - Learn the how to’s and nutritional benefits of sprouting. You’ll get to decorate your own jar & take with you everything you need to begin sprouting at home.
5-7pm Dinner and Personal time
7-8pm Joy of Journaling - A guided meditative journaling experience to establish and enhance a daily spiritual practice.
8-9pm Fire Releasing Circle - An opportunity to release old habits & create new intentions.
Sunday, April 3rd
6:30-8am Gentle Yoga Practice and Meditation - This practice will include a variety of meditation techniques which leads into a period of silence.
8-10am Breakfast and personal time
10-12pm Seasonal Acupuncture -Learn about the seasonal benefits of acupuncture & have the opportunity to experience it for yourself.
12-2pm Lunch and Personal Time
2-3:30pm Restorative Yoga with Massage - Complete the weekend with a relaxing restorative yoga practice that incorporates assisted stretching & massage.
3:30-4:30pm Wrap Up

With this option you will have your own private room in the main house. You will share a bathroom with other members in the house. Get privacy but also allows you to be in the center of it all in the house.

Double Room with Private Bath - These rooms are SOLD OUT
Next to the main house in the Annex. With this option you and a friend can share a room that has your own private bathroom. This option gives the two of you a little extra privacy allowing you a balance between alone time and time with the retreat community. When registering provide the name of the friend you would like to share the room with.

Retreat Hosts
KRISTA OAKES, RYT
Krista is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) who has taught classes and workshops to thousand of people throughout Florida and the East Coast for nearly two decades. Her approach integrates the Kripalu Yoga style of teaching compassion, integrated with the mindfulness of meditation, and the awareness of nutrition, blended with personal training and lifestyle coaching. Krista specializes in working with beginners and teaching gentler yoga classes where the focus is on safety, proper body alignment, mindfulness and learning to trust yourself.
Attention Yoga Teachers: I am E-RYT 200 certified with Yoga Alliance. Yoga Teachers can receive 17 contact hours for taking this course. Please let me know prior to the event if you would like to receive the CEU's.
GINA BUSHELON, AP, DOM
Gina Bushelon is an Acupuncture Physician currently practicing in Port Orange and Daytona Beach. Her background includes massage therapy and yoga. She received her yoga training in 2007 and has been practicing yoga for the past 19 years. Her passion for natural health and healing has also come to include the use of essential oils. Gina incorporates the use of essential oils in her medical practice, at home with her family for immune health, first aid, cleaning, cooking and her meditation practice. Gina is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve their health goals and live more joyous lives.
