You will also have opportunities to learn about holistic lifestyle approaches such as acupuncture and essential oils providing an expanded healing experience.

Retreat Itinerary
Friday
2-4pm Arrive, check in and settle in - Come any time after 2 and no later than 3:30 so that there is adequate time to check in and get assigned a room.
4-5pm Introductions and orientation
5-6pm Dinner
6-7:30pm Ashram tour of temples and grounds
7:30-9pm Yoga & Meditation Under the Stars - Light yoga postures and a guided healing meditation in a unique outdoor setting.
Saturday
6:30-8am Gentle Yoga Practice and Meditation

8-10am Breakfast and Personal time
9:30-10am – Optional Time with Kelly Lowe – Benefits of Astrology
10-12pm The Yamas and the Niyamas – Learn how to bring yoga philosophy into your daily life.
12-2 pm Lunch and Personal time
2-3:30pm Getting to Know Your Posture - Discover the how to’s and the essence of a few common, meaningful postures.
3:30-5pm Seasonal Acupuncture -Learn about the seasonal benefits of acupuncture & have the opportunity to experience it for yourself.
5-7pm Dinner and Personal time
7-8:30pm Meditation & Manifestation – Discover what meditation is and what it isn’t and experience a guided meditation to create the life you desire.
8:30-9:30pm Fire Releasing Circle - An opportunity to release and let go.
Sunday
6:30-8am Gentle Yoga Practice and Meditation - This practice will lead into a period of silence.
8-10am Breakfast and personal time
10-11am The “Essential” Essential Oils - Learn natural ways essential oils can enhance your life.
11-12pm Make Your Own Essential Oil products – Learn how oils can be used in your home and on your body and take home a sample you make yourself.
12-2pm Lunch and Personal Time
2-3:30pm Restorative Yoga with Massage - Complete the weekend with a relaxing restorative yoga practice that incorporates assisted stretching & massage.
3:30-4:30pm Wrap Up

We have an entire house to ourselves for this retreat. It’s called the Main Shirdi House. For those desiring a little more privacy there are additional rooms in the Annex located right next to the main house. Rooms have been recently remodeled and updated.






















Room Options & Rates
Double/Triple Room with Shared Bath in the Main Shirdi House - Registration Closed
With this option you will share a room with another retreat participant and share a bathroom with other members of the house. If you are coming by yourself, you will be paired with another participant. Or you can request to be paired up with someone specific. This is a great opportunity to make new friends.

Private/Single Room with Shared Bath in the Main Shirdi House - Registration Closed
With this option you will have your own private room in the main house and share a bathroom with other members of the house. Get privacy but also be in the center of it all in the main house.

Double/Triple Room with Private Bath in the Annex Building - Registration Closed
These room options are in the Annex Building next to the Main Shirdi House. With this option you and a friend (or two) can share a room that has your own private bathroom. These rooms also have some extra amenities from a kitchenette. This option gives the two of you a little extra privacy allowing you a balance between alone time and time with the retreat community. When registering provide the name of the friend you would like to share the room with.
There are only 3 of these rooms available (two doubles and 1 triple). They are available on a first come first serve basis. If you choose this option and there is no more availability, we will contact you for the next best option.
This room option is intended to be shared by women that know each other. Please send an email to krista@daytonayogawithkrista.com with the names of the other women you intend to room with.
Refund policy: Full refunds given before February 15th. After February 15th refunds will be issued less $100. No refunds can be issued after March 1st.

Retreat Hosts
KRISTA OAKES, RYT
Krista is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) who has taught classes and workshops to thousand of people throughout Florida and the East Coast for nearly two decades. Her approach integrates the Kripalu Yoga style of teaching compassion, integrated with the mindfulness of meditation, and the awareness of nutrition, blended with personal training and lifestyle coaching. Krista specializes in working with beginners and teaching gentler yoga classes where the focus is on safety, proper body alignment, mindfulness and learning to trust yourself.
Attention Yoga Teachers: I am E-RYT 200 certified with Yoga Alliance. Yoga Teachers can receive 17 contact hours for taking this course. Please let me know prior to the event if you would like to receive the CEU's.
GINA BUSHELON, AP, DOM
Gina Bushelon is an Acupuncture Physician currently practicing in Port Orange and Daytona Beach. Her background includes massage therapy and yoga. She received her yoga training in 2007 and has been practicing yoga for the past 19 years. Her passion for natural health and healing has also come to include the use of essential oils. Gina incorporates the use of essential oils in her medical practice, at home with her family for immune health, first aid, cleaning, cooking and her meditation practice. Gina is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve their health goals and live more joyous lives.
