Morning Session 9 am - 12 pm
LET THERE BE PEACE: MORNING MEDITATION INSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE
Spend the morning exploring various types of meditation so that you can find which style works best for you. We will provide instructions and guidelines that will be beneficial whether you’ve never meditated, think you can’t meditate, or even if you’ve been meditating for yours. By the end of the morning you will be able to establish your own regular meditation practice to take you into 2020. As an added bonus, you will have the opportunity to experience Sound Vibration Healing through a guided crystal bowl meditation with Judy Stamper.

CREATE YOUR OWN 2020: AFTERNOON YOGA & VISION BOARDING WORKSHOP
Flow through yoga postures to clear the mind and do visualization and intention setting exercises providing clarity abut your upcoming goals and desires for 2020. Finally, create a picture collage board or “Vision Board” that represents what you want to focus on in 2020. Manifest the life you desire by creating a detailed and inspired vision board. All supplies provided.
As a special bonus, Astrologer Kelly Lowe will be a guest presenter sharing the secrets of your sun sign and how that will impact what you can expect for 2020. Use this energy and knowledge to further inspire your vision board.
