A YogaWalk™, is a unique experience combining all the benefits of yoga with the benefits of walking in a truly incredible outdoor environment. On this adventure we take a walk improving strength and cardiovascular health and along the way we take breaks to practice mindful yoga postures that are conducive to our surroundings.

This YogaWalk will take place in Daytona Beach at the new Riverfront Esplanade on Beach Street. We will meet in the parking lot on the north side at the base of the Main Street Bridge on the mainland. (NOTE: The closest address for your GPS is Euro Cycles of Daytona at 118 E. Fairview Ave, Daytona Beach, 32114. You’ll see the parking lot next to this address). From there, we'll cross the street to the Esplanade. Since we are walking be prepared by wearing comfortable, supportive sneakers. And since we will be outdoors be prepared for the elements with sunglasses, hats, layers, sunscreen, bug spray etc.
