Gentle Yoga is a nurturing, mindful experience—an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body on a foundational level.

This class is built around relaxed flow, restorative holds, gentle stretches, simple breathwork, and soft grounding movements. Poses are held with compassion and intention, creating spaciousness in joint, energy, and mind.

Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a pause, or just seeking restoration, Gentle Yoga supports physical renewal, stress relief, and centered awareness.

  • Offered weekly via Zoom and in person at the Port Orange Presbyterian Church located at 4662 S. Clyde Morris Blvd.

  • Classes are generally held Thursdays at 9:30 am but since I’m a solo act, please peek at the schedule before you roll out your mat—just in case anything’s shifted!

  • Encourages you to honor your body’s needs, with plenty of options for modification and support

💛 A Note from Krista:

Whether I'm teaching from the chair or the mat, the heart of the practice stays the same—gentle, mindful movement that meets you where you are. Can't make Chair Yoga but prefer it? Come to Gentle Yoga and use a chair! Love your mat but can only make it to Chair class? Roll it out and make yourself at home. I'm here to support your version of the practice, whatever that looks like. All I ask is that you listen to your body, honor what you need, and don’t be afraid to do your own thing. You have permission to show up exactly as you are.

“For Gentle Yoga you are the best Krista!
Not ever going to give up your gentle yoga class because it’s the class that helps me stretch and most important de-stress and relax.”
