As the author of “Shedding Shame: Finding Freedom to Live an Authentic Life,” an inspiring speaker, and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and mindfulness coach, I’ve worked with thousands of individuals through classes, workshops, and retreats—helping them cultivate inner peace, self-trust, and alignment in both body and life.
