Step 2: Express Your Gratitude 🙏
List everything you are grateful for from this past year. Think about the experiences you had, the people who supported you, and the quiet moments that touched your heart. Gratitude is the bridge that carries us from the past into a positive future.
Step 3: Map Out Your Dreams for 2026 🌟
Write down your intentions, goals, and desires for the coming year. Don't worry about the "how" or the "why" right now. Just let yourself dream! Whether it’s a new career path, a deeper relationship, a travel goal, or simply a specific state of being—like "more peace" or "more presence"—put it on the list.
